Terms and Conditions

All effort is made to accommodate each families preferences in class selections. In the event of a conflict due to space limitation the following system is used in determining who gets preference. There is a priority registration period prior to early and open registration. During this priority registration period, priority is given first to currently registered families wishing to remain in the same class. Next is the currently registered family wishing to transfer to a different class. Next come new or returning families who have had a gap in continuous semesters and enroll during the early registration period. Families enrolling after the early registration period must fit into the schedule of class openings remaining at that time. We will do our best to place siblings who turn 9 months in the class with older siblings for the following semester but due to  space limitations it may be  necessary  to transfer both children into a class with available space. We appreciate your understanding in working with us as we are bound by Music Together® rules limiting class size. Following these guidelines results in a more positive class experience for everyone involved.

Tuition fees are only refundable before the first day of class, less a $20.00 cancellation fee and the $20.00 new family registration fee if applicable. No refunds shall be issued after the first class. Partial credit may, at the directors discretion, be given for extreme circumstances. In the case that your 1st & 2nd choice classes do not run  for some reason a full refund or credit will be issued if a replacement class cannot be mutually agreed upon.

There will be a $20.00 fee for all returned checks. There are no exceptions.

We want you and your child to be able to attend as many classes as possible, and therefore allow you to make up two classes per semester. With few exceptions, these classes must be made up within the same semester. In order for us to control class sizes please call or Email us to check availability and to schedule your makeups. It is essential that we know how many adults and children to expect at each class to keep from having an overcrowded situation which decreases the quality of the class experience for everybody. If you do not contact us about scheduling your makeup you may be told you can not attend the class once you get there as we can not put an unfair burden on an existing class. For the same reason, please do not wait until the last week of the semester to schedule your make ups! Also, if you know you are going to miss a class please let us know by Emailing from the website or calling at 203-731-4053. You can also let your teacher know and he or she will pass the information on. This will allow us to know when there are additional free spots that others can use when scheduling their makeup classes. Lastly, if you have scheduled a make up that you find you cannot make please let us know so we can offer the spot to another family. Your cooperation in this process is greatly appreciated and will make for a smoother semester for everybody.

I understand that Music Together of Greater Danbury, LLC, does not own the facilities where the classes are taught. I agree to waive Music Together of Greater Danbury, LLC, its staff and teachers, Donald O'Keefe, Music Together LLC, Dance Dimensions, Gymnastics Spectrum, Bearclaws Academy of Music, The Children's Center of New Milford, Danbury Head Start, Head Start of Greater Norwalk and their owners and employees, of all claims for personal injury or property damage that may arise from use of the facilities before, during, or after Music Together classes. I also accept responsibility for my safety and the safety of my children at the location before, during, and after Music Together classes.

We understand that parents and children can get attached to specific teachers and we do our best to honor families requests in that respect. We cannot however guarantee that a specific teacher will always teach a scheduled class even if they are slated to do so. Teachers are all individuals and many times parents themselves and sometimes unforeseen conflicts arise. In the event that this should happen we ask for your understanding. We believe that the diversity of our teachers is one of the strengths of the program and know that you will benefit  from the uniqueness each teacher brings to their classes.

If your child is ill with anything that may be contagious, please do not bring them to class. We do not want to spread the germs around to each other and we need to be especially mindful when there are infants in class. If your child is suffering from allergies or something that may look bad but is not contagious, please let the teacher know before class so that they can put the other adult caregivers minds at ease. We want everyone to make as many classes as possible each semester so we encourage you to use your make ups if your child has been absent. We appreciate everyone's cooperation in trying to keep us all healthy throughout the semester.

FREE tuition is extended to all siblings who are under 9 months old on the date that the semester they are attending begins when they are registered in the same class as an older sibling. Once they are 9 months old there is still a deep discount for siblings but they are no longer FREE.
